Tia Ware, Founder & CEO

Since 2003, the mission of our founder, Tia Ware, and The Tia Hinton Agency has been to help organizations—from emerging businesses to global enterprises—gain a strategic advantage through dedicated, confidential consultative and advisory guidance in human resources, supply chain, and supplier management.  ​

 

Believing that true success is evident in the strength of those you touch, Tia has built The Tia Hinton Agency on the foundation of family by fostering relationships with our teams, our clients and the communities we serve  through mutual trust, personal commitment and resilience.

 

Tia holds a Bachelor of Science in Leadership from Northeastern University (Boston, MA) and has served in leadership and executive leadership roles with national and international organizations such as Dematic Corp, MDI Group, Inc., Acuity Brands Lighting, AFLAC, Inc., and Blue Cross Blue Shield of GA.

Tia is the very proud mother of a beautiful daughter (Kia), a founder of Zeta Lambda Mu Sorority, Inc., (a community based sorority), and is a dedicated patron of the arts and serves as a giving philanthropist to various community and social organizations who are dedicated to the advancement and fair treatment of women and children.

In her spare time, Tia is an avid reader of Ernest Holmes, Zora Neal Hurston, Walter Mosely and Oscar Wilde.
